Prevention Through Systemic Change:
The VBP Group assists organizations in bringing about systemic change, resulting in a culture that proactively seeks to prevent discrimination. This model has served to help distinguish real discrimination from perceived discrimination. Discrimination, perceived or real, generally does not happen overnight. The VBP Group works with organizations to pro-actively prevent discrimination by implementing systems that root out the causes of discrimination before they grow into a hostile working environment and unwanted public perception of the organization.
