Conference Planning:
The VBP Group provides conference planning services with a focus on civil rights, EEO and human resources. We encourage institutions to move “ahead of the curve” by holding conferences to stay current on human resource trends and to address workplace issues before they develop into problems. While at USDA, Mr. Parker implemented the first ever USDA-wide Civil Rights Training Conference with well over 450 employees in attendance.

Speeches And Presentations:
The VBP Group offers motivational seminars, personal coaching for executives and workshops to instill within an organization recognition of the need for a diverse workforce as well as an understanding of EEO, civil rights and human resource issues. In his official capacity as an Assistant Secretary, Mr. Parker spoke hundreds of times, and motivated thousands of people a year throughout the country at conferences and training seminars on diversity, EEO, civil rights, and human resource issues.
