Outreach:
The VBP Group is sought after for our expertise in assisting organizations in formulating outreach policies. We help organizations create strategic plans to implement unique outreach models that assist organizations in establishing long-lasting relationships with external groups. By developing these relationships and working with external groups, organizations can expend their energy on productive growth, rather than on deflecting negative media images and counterproductive grassroots efforts.

Partnerships:
The VBP Group enhances relationships between private and public sector organizations and the community-based groups that represent their interests. In addition, we assist the private sector and the public sector by facilitating partnering agreements between minority and community-based organizations and public/private sector organizations. While with the USDA, Mr. Parker negotiated a first of its kind Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between USDA and Marriott International, Inc., to increase Marriott’s purchase of produce from minority farmers. Marriott as well as USDA received favorable media attention because of this MOU. The MOU has expanded beyond Marriott into the general hospitality arena. Mr. Parker was also instrumental in forging an agreement between USDA and the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the nation’s oldest Latino organization.
