Employee Opinion Surveys:

Exit interviews are a proven tool for human resource management. They are especially useful in assisting an organization to transition smoothly. There is a tremendous demand in the Federal Government and private industry for highly qualified diverse executives. Our combined years of government experience, along with the contacts of the VBP Group principals, provide the experience necessary to assist Federal agencies and private industry in the recruitment of highly qualified applicants. Employee/Applicant Assessment:
The VBP Group has developed a new system to deliver a range of tests to applicants and to existing employees to assess and summarize a variety of performance criteria. This system is capable of storing the data and supplementing additional data that can be used in the employee’s performance, development and deployment assessment (career management and succession planning). The data can also be integrated so that management can readily access it to plan and track their employees’ development and training needs.

Skills Management:
Properly identifying the skills and assets that each employee brings to an organization and matching those skills with the needs of the organization are essential to successful management. The VBP Group assists organizations by helping to identify skills of employees within an organization, thus letting management know where to allocate resources to improve the performance of their workforce.

Culture Blending:
Mergers are the order of the day.
